Using Jobbify
Jobbify helps you discover job listings, organize your search and start applications. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to provide information you are entitled to use. Jobbify is not the hiring employer and does not make hiring decisions.
Your account and information
Keep your account secure and your contact details, résumé, qualifications and application answers accurate. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications or submit someone else’s information without permission. Review and correct your saved profile before authorizing applications.
Permission to apply
You decide which applications to start. Tapping Apply for me starts an application workflow only after you provide submission consent. That consent permits Jobbify to use your confirmed profile and résumé for the applications you choose. Missing answers, unsupported employer forms and steps requiring you pause the process. Do not treat a started or paused application as submitted; check its status and the employer’s confirmation.
You can turn off submission consent in your profile for future applications. Changing consent does not withdraw information already sent to an employer. Follow the employer’s process if you need to correct or withdraw an application.
Employer listings and results
Listings come from external hiring systems and can change or close. Confirm location, eligibility, compensation, requirements and availability with the employer. Matching explains shared skills and role keywords; it is not a guarantee of suitability, an interview, an offer or employment. No application or employment outcome is promised.
Free access and paid plans
Free and Pro support one target role or field; Plus supports up to five. Application credits per UTC calendar month are Free 10, Pro 100 and Plus 250, with daily caps of 3, 20 and 50 respectively. Separate preparation-run limits are Free 20 per month and 5 per day, Pro 200 and 40, and Plus 500 and 100. Passing and public search do not use application credits. A credit is reserved during preparation, used for a confirmed submission and refunded for known failures before submission. If submission cannot be confirmed, the credit stays reserved while you check the employer site. Every preparation run counts toward its separate limit, including a run whose credit is refunded. Monthly allowances reset on the first of the month and daily allowances at midnight UTC; unused credits do not roll over.
Paid plans currently use Stripe sandbox checkout for testing; no real payment is collected. Review the price, billing frequency and renewal terms displayed by Stripe before purchasing. A paid plan is activated from verified billing status, not merely from a checkout redirect. Use the subscription portal linked from your plan to manage or cancel an active subscription. If the portal is unavailable or you have a billing question, contact support@jobbify.works.
Respectful use
Use the service for your own legitimate job search. Do not send spam, submit fraudulent applications, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or attempt to defeat employer verification steps. We may pause access or application assistance when needed to address misuse or protect the service and its users.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy page explains saved profile information, résumé text and analytics choices. Employers, sign-in providers and payment providers operate their own services and privacy practices. Information you authorize us to send to an employer becomes subject to that employer’s handling.
Availability and changes
Features and integrations may be unavailable, changed or discontinued. Keep your own copy of important job-search records and review application results. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Contact support if a change affects an active paid plan.
