Use a PDF with selectable text or a TXT file smaller than 4 MB. For scanned or password-protected PDFs, paste the résumé text instead.
Sign-in didn’t finish
Allow the sign-in redirect to return to Jobbify. If it fails, try again from the sign-in page. Contact support if the error repeats.

Review your role, skills, location and excluded companies. A smaller minimum shared-skills setting can broaden your matches.
Review preferencesAn application needs your input
Check Applications for the reason and next step. Missing answers or unsupported employer steps pause submission. Complete the remaining steps on the employer’s site if requested; mark it applied only after you submit.
