Applying with Jobbify, explained.

Your résumé, your choices and clear application next steps.

How does Jobbify make applying easier?

Add your résumé and confirmed details once, see personalized jobs, and choose where to apply. Your profile and application next steps stay together so you can focus on roles that fit.

Can Jobbify submit applications automatically?

Jobbify fills and submits supported employer forms using your confirmed profile and permission. Missing answers, unsupported forms and employer verification pause for your input. An application is marked submitted only after employer confirmation.

How does matching work?

Confirm your skills and preferred role, location and work arrangement. Jobs are ranked using listed skills and role keywords. Cards explain the evidence behind each match; rankings do not predict hiring success.

What do the card controls do?

Tap Pass to see another role, or Apply for me to start an application. You can also press left arrow/A to pass or right arrow/D to apply while the card is focused. Keyboard shortcuts work while the card is focused, not inside forms. Click a card, or use More details, to expand or collapse it.

Does tapping Apply for me mean I applied?

It starts an application workflow using your confirmed profile and consent. Follow the next step to complete it with the employer. Jobbify pauses when an answer or step needs you. Check Applications for the result. Submitted appears only after employer confirmation; a paused application is not submitted.

What do I need in my profile?

Your name, employer contact email, résumé text and submission consent are needed to start an application. Add your phone, actual location, professional links and an explicit work-authorization answer where appropriate. We do not guess missing facts or eligibility answers.

What are the free limits?

The free plan provides 10 application credits per UTC calendar month, up to three per day, and three matched-job previews per UTC day. It also allows 20 preparation runs per month, up to five per day. A confirmed submission uses a credit; known failures before submission refund it, but still count as preparation runs. Unconfirmed submissions keep their credit reserved while you check the employer site. Public search shows three previews per search; paid plans unlock full results.

How many target roles or fields can I save?

Free and Pro support one target role or field. Plus supports up to five; matching considers the roles you save.

Can I upgrade?

Pro and Plus currently use Stripe sandbox checkout for testing. No real money is collected. Test subscribers can use the subscription portal to manage or cancel their plan.

What jobs are included?

Jobs across fields with identified U.S. locations and English descriptions. Some ambiguous locations and short descriptions are excluded. Check the employer’s requirements, availability and eligibility rules.

How do I sign in?

Use one of the providers shown on the sign-in page. GitHub, Google and LinkedIn are supported when their connection is configured. Public search works without an account. Public GitHub languages are optional suggestions, not verified qualifications.

What happens to my résumé?

The uploaded PDF or TXT file is processed for text extraction and is not retained. Résumé text in your saved application profile is stored under your account and can be used in applications you authorize. You can edit it before saving.

What analytics do you use?

Optional Google Analytics and Vercel visit and performance measurement load only after analytics consent. Private pages, search queries, résumés and applicant details are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
