Where do the jobs come from?
Our collector checks public Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee and Personio job board APIs. It stores the original source, tracks changes and refreshes boards automatically. Public results are limited to English-language roles with an identified United States location or explicit US remote eligibility. Location and language checks are automated; confirm the employer’s requirements before applying. A board directory is a starting point, not a guarantee of comprehensive coverage.
How are results ranked?
Results compare your search and confirmed skills with the job title, employer and description. Role keywords, skills and seniority help surface relevant opportunities. Queries mentioning remote, hybrid or on-site work apply a work-arrangement filter. Explicit filters take precedence. Matching is deterministic and does not predict hiring chances.
What happens to my résumé?
You can paste text or upload a PDF or TXT file. Uploads are sent to this server for temporary text extraction and are not stored. Recognized skills are sent to the search endpoint for comparison. Pasted text stays in your browser during public search. If you save an application profile, the text you review is stored under your account for applications you authorize. Matching does not require an external AI service.
How current are listings?
Each job page shows the latest successful source check. Failed requests do not close jobs; a posting is marked inactive after it is absent from two complete successful source checks. The employer’s application page remains the final source for requirements and availability.
How do applications work?
Each job has its own page and a link to the employer’s hiring system. Tapping Apply for me in discovery starts an application workflow using your confirmed profile and consent. Jobbify fills and submits supported employer forms using the facts you confirm. We pause when a required answer or employer step needs you, and show submitted only after employer confirmation. You can also apply manually on the employer’s site.
